I was so touched with Vaani’s kindness and efficiency in helping us to secure a unit at StorHub Jalan Ipoh, KL. We had to bring our things all the way from Sitiawan, Perak. Vaani even skipped her lunch to attend to us. Tq StorHub for having such an efficient team with Vaani.

I’m grateful to Asha because during the 5 years I stored my belongings in KL, everything remained in good condition the temperature is very good, the place was clean, and it smelled nice. The place is clean and spacious. Easily accessible at all day all time. The staff is amazing, friendly and absolutely helpful most of the time.

Excellent service with a flexible package.

We are very glad to have discovered StorHub Self Storage, particularly the Jalan Ipoh branch. The location is good and relatively easy to access. Their prices are also very competitive, and they do offer some good promotional packages for longer storage duration. Their staff (Ainaa) was very helpful every step of the way, showed us all the options available and answered my questions without fail. The storage facility itself is modern, has good security, was well thought out, and even has a dedicated lift to access the storage facility at any time you want.

Service is great, place is clean and secure

I would like to thank Asha for always sacrificing her lunch break for me. I'm constantly traveling back and forth from overseas to Malaysia, and my arrival times are unpredictable. The customer service has always been helpful regardless of the time. This is the best place to store, with good customer service and a location that makes it easy to get a Grab.

We stored our luggage with storhub for a month while travelling in SEA. Staff were very helpful, informative and very quick with any responses to queries through WhatsApp. We would definitely recommend this company - prices were excellent too!

Storing personal belongings for almost a year but no dust and no damage to our belongings. This place can store things in good condition. Very convenient. Staffs also responses quickly to questions on WhatsApp so very helpful.

Had a great experience storing my items here. From the beginning the admin was really helpful answering all my Qs through WA. Then came the time for the storage viewings where he guided me through all the size options that I’m interested in and helped me during the process of booking and moving in. This place has AC and Fan ventilation so your items that can’t take heat can be safely stowed here. Also they have a lot of size options from really small to really big rooms size to cater towards your storage needs. 24/7 access with CCTV all around the premises and inside of the storage hallway as well, to ensure safety. Definitely would choose this place again in the future should I need to stow away some of my personal stuff
